My Independence at HOME provides home and community-based services through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to individuals with an Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD). In addition to providing home care to the elderly and participants with physical disabilities, our caregivers provide care to individuals striving for a normal everyday life. My Independence at HOME follows the “Positive Approaches” philosophy when working with individuals with IDD—encouraging each individual to grow and develop, make their own decisions, achieve their personal goals, develop relationships and enjoy life as a full participating member of their community.
